The Russian Federation of Military and Armed Forces has been advised to take charge of the penalties of social-distancing. The General has made the statement that after 21:00 each main city will release large animals - Lions, Tigers, Bears, Mountain Lions and Leopards - from the local Zoos to keep people inside after a tight curfew of 20:00, giving the citizens an hour to get home and lock themselves away from the beasts.

 

Apparently, this method of fear is cheaper than having the Police and members of the military patrolling around the entire country. It also saves money on meals for the large animals as the penatly is "Stay Inside, or Be Eaten Alive".
